Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing all meals for the client, his family and all catering for the client’s guests in the highest level and to follow all dietary requirements of client. You will be required to maintain a high standard of operational and personal hygiene always. Highly experienced in Fine Dining and hosting.

Your main duties will include:

• Conferring with clients to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
• Cook breakfast, lunch, dinner for client and family
• Pack lunch boxes for kids (Teenage)
• Cook for client’s office meetings when required
• Research food and equipment suppliers
• Order ingredients and other materials needed for meal preparation
• Preparing customized meal plans for clients based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
• Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality.
• Preparing meals in clients’ kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
• Appropriately packaging and labelling prepared meals that are to be consumed later.
• Providing clients with written or verbal instructions on how to heat meals.
• Cook delicious meals according to your client’s schedule
• Plate and serve the meals to your clients
• Clean the kitchen cooking area and store utensils and cooking equipment
• Order materials, supplies, or equipment.
• Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils
• Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
• Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.
• Coordinate activities of food and beverage when client is hosting
• Specialize in preparing fancy dishes or food for special diets.
• Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
• Serve meals and snacks to the client and his guests.
• Travel with the client to vacation homes to provide meal preparation at those locations if required

Qualifications

Relevant Culinary qualification will apply.

Skills

Must have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in a 5* fine dining hotel or restaurant environment.
