SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join their award-winning team in Limpopo.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Area: Lephalale, Limpopo

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording and confirming spa reservations on ESP
  • Responding to all reception emails
  • Orientating spa guests about the spa facilities and amenities
  • Daily administration
  • Maximise income by sales of retail products
 Requirements:
  • Must have Grade 12
  • Must have 2-3 years’ experience in a Reception position in a well-established and professional spa
  • Be computer literate with experience on ESP
  • Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal
  • This is a live-in position
