SPECIALISED COATINGS SALES REP – GAUTENG

Duties:

• Calling on existing and new clients in the following industries:
  • Construction industry including waterproofing,
  • Industrial protective metal coatings or
  • Industrial protective floor coatings
• Provide solutions to clients
• Conducting demonstrations to customers when required.
• Attending to customer’s enquiries and resolving all issues professionally.
• Compiling quotations and following-up on orders.
• Researching and driving strategies to develop the market.
• Drafting and presenting product related presentations at seminars and exhibitions as required.
• Meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identifying areas of growth within the region and identifying possible strategies to enable this.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Attending all product training as required.
• Must have experience in the same industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Relevant paint / coatings or similar tertiary qualifications
• Must have experience in calling on clients in the market segments:
  • Protective coatings,
  • Waterproofing products,
  • Specialist and automotive coatings,
  • Flooring systems,
  • Concrete repair mortars,
  • Grouts and
  • Joint sealants
• Must have the ability to provide solutions for clients’ challenges.
• Unendorsed driver’s license
• Very good technical skills
• Good communication skills
• Highly driven
