PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide a receptionist and administrative function in the store.
Sources potential clients for sales staff and seeks out sales opportunities for sales staff whilst doing administrative functions.
Contributes to the atmosphere in the store by working diligently and professionally when carry out his/her duties.

- Keeping the store neat and tidy at all times, which involves cleaning and tidying it as necessary and according to procedure.
- Wearing the incumbent’s name badge at all times in the store.
- Adhering to operational policies, standards and procedures.
- Carrying out any other duties that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the position.
- Carrying out functions as instructed by the Sales Manager of the store or regional sales manager.
- Co-ordinating orientation for newly employed staff
- Fulfilling liaison and troubleshooting functions for sales staff so that they can focus on selling.
