SYSTEMS AND SUPPORT MANAGER (APACK)

SUMMARY:
Burgersfort/Lydenberg – Limpopo: Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Systems and Support Manager (APack) to oversee packhouse systems, data analysis, and information dissemination across five packhouses. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to enhance operational efficiencies through data-driven decision-making.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• BCom in Financial Management
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel (MS Office) skills – essential
• Power BI experience – advantageous
• Packhouse experience – advantageous

• System Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to packhouse teams on packhouse systems.
• Data Reporting & Analysis: Manage, report, and analyse packhouse production data to drive operational improvements.
• System Enhancements: Implement updates and improvements to packhouse systems based on efficiency requirements, operational changes, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial & Market Verification: Ensure accurate financial projections and market allocations through data validation.
• Production Audits: Conduct system and data validation audits on the production floor to maintain data integrity.
