Sales & Office Administrator Killarney Gardens Cape Town

Our Manufacturing Client in Killarney Gardens Cape Town is looking for a Sales & Office Administrator with 5 years plus experience in administering Quotes on Pastel, Sales orders and Sales Administration on MS Word, Excel etc.

Salary Up to R 15000 pm

Min Requirements

Matric certificate

5 years ++ sales and admin experience doing sales orders and quotes on PASTEL.

Have experience working on Excel Pivots and Vlookups (Large Data)

Working experience on PASTEL Essential

Min Job Requirements

General sales office administration

Office maintenance and organizing

Capturing Sales orders from clients on PASTEL and ordering system

Ordering & managing office supplies

Quotations on Pastel send to clients and following up to generate more business

Assist in Stock taking and loading on excel

Updating Pricing list and sending new pricelist to clients as well as communication

Requesting supplier quotes and Invoices

Updating of spreadsheets from time to time

Assist sales team where needed, so willing to work in team but also independently
