Sales & Projects Coordinator

SUMMARY:
The incumbent will be responsible for directly coordinating sales activities. Perform coordination duties such as budgeting, accounting, quoting, expediting, and managing of Projects.

POSITION INFO:

AUTOMOTIVE - STEEL INDUSTRY

Qualification

• Matric/ Grade 12 qualification essential.
• A tertiary qualification in related studies would be beneficial.

Experience

Provide an effictive support function to the Automotive Commercial Manager 

• Sales and/or Marketing experience would be advantageous.
• 4- 7 years steel industry experience would be advantageous.
• Experience in SAP Modules - Materials Management, Sales and Distribution and Production Planning would be advantageous

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must have sound working knowledge of MS office and in particular high level of competency in MS Excel.
• Steel Product knowledge will be advantageous.
• A working knowledge of how to interpret steel mill pricing will be advantageous.
• Must have good numerical aptitude.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills are essential
