Responsibilities

The candidate shall be responsible for a variety of tasks that help the sales team achieve their goals. These tasks include assisting with managing the sales pipeline and updating the CRM system with relevant information, preparing contracts and reports, coordinating appointments, meetings, events, communicating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of data information, resolution of issues, providing administrative support and handling general inquiries. Acting as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers. Providing feedback to management.

Duties Include

• Preparing sales reports, analysing sales data, and generating sales forecasts or performance reports for the sales management team, Identifying trends, patterns.
• Extracting data needed by management
• Responding to data-related queries and analysing data to identify trends
• Producing reports and charts, communicating trends, presenting information generated from data
• Develop monthly sales reports, verify sales targets are met and report any deviations, assisting the sales management team with tasks.
• Suggest process improvements or automation initiatives to streamline sales operations
• Provide feedback and recommendations to sales and management teams based on analysis and observations
• Produce reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department
• Read and evaluates sales reports
