Sales Administration Assistant required to support the sales team by administering the CRM system.

Relevant Certification

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
Proficiency in using HUBSPOT CRM and SAP Business One.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints efficiently.

Duties

Ensuring leads and pipelines are active and up to date, and updating inventory and business partner details.
Update and maintain inventory and business partner details in SAP Business One.
Liaising with the Marketing Department to ensure all tools required for sales people are available and up to date, handling day-to-day operations, managing customer complaints, and organizing customer samples promptly and efficiently.
Assist in daily operations to support the sales team and ensure smooth workflow.
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Ensure customer samples are organized and delivered promptly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales activities and communications.
