POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Sales Administrator to join a chain of practices specializing in the science of movement and exercise application in rehabilitative treatment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Senior Secondary Certificate
• 2 years minimum experience within a similar role (preferably within the medical/injury rehabilitation field)
• Strong Administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and follow through
• Must be sales and customer service orientated
• Previous outbound calling experience in following up with existing and new prospective clients to secure confirmed bookings for practises (advantageous)
• Fully Computer Literate on MS Office Suite (Intermediate – Advanced)
• Onsite Position, based in Durbanville (responsible for sales administration of 3 practices)
• Company Vehicle forms a part of this opportunity if in possession of Valid Driver’s License (Fuel & Maintenance for own account)
• Reliable transport arrangements (If no valid drivers license)
• Working Hours (Mon-Friday | 08h00 – 1700)

Key Performance Areas will entail but not be limited to:

• Frontline Reception Management
• Booking of Appointments
• Follow up on prospective and existing clients to secure confirmed and ongoing bookings
• Work towards monthly practise targets (based on new and confirmed completed bookings)
• Diary Management & Coordinate schedules for all 3 practises
• Present clients with information on services offered and provide a professional customer service experience
• Manage all administrative processes
• Personal Assistant to the Owner of the business
• Manage and complete all other ad hoc duties

In return this opportunity will offer a permanent employment opportunity with a Guaranteed Monthly Basic Salary + Company Vehicle (must have valid drivers license) and an over and above Commission structure that will be based on confirmed new and existing client bookings.
