SUMMARY:
A well-known food manufacturing company in Cape Town, dedicated to serving caterers, bakers, and food enthusiasts, is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their team of devoted bakers and buyers who are always at the forefront of new baking techniques.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
Ability to perform under pressure.
A driverâs license with reliable transport is advantageous.

Key Duties:

Handle all inbound sales queries and orders.
Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
Verify orders, including customer details and payment information.
Capture data into our internal computer system.
Provide quotes to existing and potential clients.
Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times.
Accurately invoice clients.
Expedite orders through internal coordination.
Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Support the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
