JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

- Pricing approval support

- Compiling various sales reports for both internal and external use

- Investigating and resolving escalated customer queries

- Escalating queries that are unresolved to Sales Manager

- Preparing and checking documents for signatures

- Monitoring sales representative vehicle tracking and CRM usage

- ISO 9001 admin support

Must have experience using outlook, excel, word etc.
Experience working on accounting software is essential as well experience working on debtors
Sage Evolution and Salesforce software experience is preferable but not essential.
Own reliable transport
Matric
Previous sales experience required
