SUMMARY:
A dynamic international organization based in the West Rand is looking to employ a Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Representative with 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric
Diploma or formal qualification (Highly Advantageous)
Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
Extensive experience on Microsoft Office Suite, SAP or any accounting package
Candidate must come from a technical background(essential)
Excellent administration experience with High level of customer orientation
Assist Sales team in preparation of relevant documentation
Prepare quotations / Pro forma invoices to customers
Assist Sales department with general admin functions
Liaising with banks and credit providers regarding finance deals until final stages of receiving payment
Overall responsibility to ensure sales orders received are completed, processed and distributed correctly and timeously
Receiving and accurately processing of sales order documentation for delivery to customers / collection from customers / transport
Recording notes for follow-up actions and updating of customer databases to reflect changes to the status of each customer
Ensure all administrative functions are in place and being followed / implemented effectively and in line with company and system requirements
Maximize efficiency and ensure administrative functions in the Sales Division by operating according to set targets and in line with operational
