SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate should be friendly, engaging, organized, and proficient in computer skills, with experience preferably in a company that manages a warehouse and tangible products.

Duties:

Handle receptionist duties, customer liaison, quotes, invoicing, and support the Debtors Clerk.
Manage costing, stock control, and reporting spreadsheets.
Assist customers with product sales and orders in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain and grow customer accounts, establish new business, and generate leads.
Ensure excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain strong relationships.
Perform general administrative tasks while adhering to company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum Matric
Own transport and a valid driver's licence
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
