Your Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll dazzle new and existing clients with your outstanding service, turning conversations into conversions and contributing to our company’s growth and profitability.

Do You Have What It Takes?

ð¤ Exceptional Communication Skills: You're a pro on the phone and your writing skills are top-notch.
ð Negotiation Ninja: You know how to seal the deal and keep clients happy.
ð» Tech-Savvy: Whether it’s MS Office or browsing the web, you handle technology with ease.
ð Sales Savvy: You're competitive, persistent, and know how to handle the tough customers.
ð Knowledgeable: Familiarity with financial services? Great! If not, we’ll get you up to speed.

Requirements:

ð Minimum Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
ð At least 2 years in a call centre environment, ideally selling insurance.
ð RE certification and FAIS accreditation (advantageous but not essential).
