POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license
• Confident interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Initiative to gain customer trust building good rapport strengthening customer relationships
• An awareness of new and emerging technologies
• Highly organised, driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to do presentations effectively with training provided

• Familiarize yourself with existing clients
• Follow up on leads presented to you
• Cold Canvas – following up on referrals
• Sourcing new sales opportunities 
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Produce quotes for approval
• Do demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Assist in obtaining pricing from suppliers
• Presenting proposals to the customers alongside members of the Sales Team
• Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
• Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation
• Producing detailed costing for the customer and ensuring the contract is profitable
• Taking phone calls from customers
• General admin
