These include the municipal authorities of major cities and household names in a wide range of sectors including oil & gas, automotive, retail and hospitality.

Purpose of the Role:

• Call leads from sales force
• Drive sales / build pipeline
• Contact Hot Leads
• Inbound Leads
• Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
• Risk management
• Cold Calling on new prospects
• Retain Existing clients and cross sell
• Service delivery

• Batchelors of Business Administration

• Language Proficiency
  • English (fluent) – read, write and speak
  • Afrikaans

• Driving License
• MS Office Suite 2017 - Intermediate level
• Salesforce

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Call Leads from Sales Force

• Review the data on Sales Force
• Call the Leads and filter for potential customers
• Book Meeting with potential customers
• Drive sales revenue
• Build a lucrative pipeline

• Grow the business by an average of R550k per month
• Drive the completion of 3 leads per week
• Drive completion of 10 customer visits per week
• Meet the weekly new business target of R128k
• Drive completion of quotes worth R625k per week

• Review the customer database on sales force
• Contact prospecting clients + leads
• Send Quotation if requested
• Book Meetings with potential customers
• Site Visits

• Exercise due diligence towards health and safety of self and others in the organization
• Comply with the applicable HSE procedures, instructions, requirements, standards received from regulatory and statutory bodies
• Proactively report superior occurrences, events, violations and acts that may impact employee health, safety or environment

• Analyse current risks and identify potential risks around responsibility
• Report the risk tailored to the relevant audience
• Build risk awareness amongst team by providing support and training
