Sales Consultant

National wine company is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant in the Durban area.

Experience required:

• 1-2 years Liquor Industry experience, dealing with restaurants, hotels, bars

Responsibilities will include:

• Achieving volume objectives within your respective area.
• Execute promotions and listing drives.
• Identify and achieve new listings on wine lists by applying your strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct structured trade visits with Winemakers and brand marketing representatives.
• Be involved in special events.
• Conduct regular wine service training with and for customers and their staff.
• Provide regular feedback to management on competitive brand information regarding trending brands, emerging consumer behaviour and consumption patterns.
