Sales Distributor Training Provided

The Sales Distributors at KE Marketing serves as the primary contact for our clients. They are expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality sales. This job involves one-to-one sales-based interaction with customers. We promote based on merit.In addition, they should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Due to expansion, we are willing to train highly motivated people for full time management, customer service, and sales opportunities but you must be willing to work hard in a full time entry level customer service, sales and marketing position.

Job Duty

Sales Distribution:

Engage, qualify, and close customers on sales of clients products.

Seek sales opportunities in departments throughout the store to maximize sales and sales of related attachments.

Communicate professionally and effectively with the Company management team, retail sales associates, retail management team, client and customers.

Ensure products are presentable to customers.

Meet client and Company objectives.

Increase promotional effectiveness.

Maintain schematic integrity through consistent communication with District Manager and other retail personnel on current retail/store conditions.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills; reliability and accuracy are essential. Must be motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Must possess superior customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, store management, technical support agents and company leadership.

Must possess superb organizational and time management skills.

Must demonstrate excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Must have basic to intermediate understanding of smartphones.

Job Requirements

Candidates must pass a criminal background check

Must have Matric certificate/equivalent
