Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced Sales Executive who has proven experience in sales and rentals in the construction, office automation or printing industry, dealing with the renting out of equipment?
 
Our national client based in the Northern Suburbs requires your initiative-taking approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, Qualification in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field advantageous
• Proven experience in sales or rentals in the construction, real estate, print, office automation or similar industry
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of modular or portable buildings industry advantageous.
• Technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations and project management experience advantageous.

• Develop and implement sales strategies and conduct market research to achieve revenue targets.
• Determine the market potential and implement action plans to target the market potential.
• Create marketing materials and campaigns to promote the rental fleet.
• Negotiate rental rates and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
• Work closely with the operations team and coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup of modular buildings at client sites.
• Monitor and report on rental fleet performance, including utilization rates, revenue generation, and profitability
• Assist debtor’s department with outstanding payments from customers
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards and policies.
