About the Role
A luxury lodge and hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive new business development and maintain key client relationships. Represented by a leading recruitment company, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in hospitality sales, ideally with connections in corporate and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the brand and services to maximize growth by acquiring new clients and securing contracts.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing and closing new business, relationship management, maintaining a client database, and conducting business presentations and workshops.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Matric (A tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing is advantageous).
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in hospitality sales with a successful track record, particularly in corporate sales.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in leading professional presentations and meetings.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a self-motivated, dynamic approach.

• Additional Requirements:
  • Valid South African ID and driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel and attend after-hours functions as needed.
