My Client specialises in Software Solutions for the Banking Industry (ATMs, Branch Solutions, Managed Services / as-a-Service, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Networking and Communications.)

Role Description:
The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with a bank, ensuring they get the best software and service solutions while driving sales and business growth for the company. They will also identify new opportunities to improve the bank’s operations using innovative banking technology.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Managing the overall relationship between the Client account and The Software Owning company, developing and managing strategic account relationships.
• Manage business results in the account as if operating their own business, while acting in the best interest of the company at large as well as the account.
• Responsible for the overall business with the account(s); works with associates to map out, develop and implement an appropriate account plan to maximize value for both the customer and the company.
• Responsible for overall customer success/satisfaction.
• Drives opportunities that position improved results (revenue growth, cost reduction, improved client experience) for the customer that are in line with the company’s strategic direction.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, financial and/or technical discipline strongly preferred.
• 8 years of related sales experience; financial industry experience (Selling Software Solutions)
• Proven success in solution sales environment, selling into major accounts.
• Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to understand sales barriers and overcome initial technology hurdles to close business.
• Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership -Excellent written and oral communication skills in.
• Must possess active listening skills as well as written and verbal skills Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills. Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives.
• Demonstrated success developing new account opportunities.

• Understanding of the Financial industry and Solutions, or similar applications and technology.
• Experience in selling software/applications (ATMs, Branch Solutions, Managed Services / as-a-Service, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Networking and Communications.)
