POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
• Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure excellent client service.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
• Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and networking events.
• Participate in technical product demonstrations (if applicable).
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

• Matric Essential
• A recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a drive and passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical skills or experience in a technical sales environment will be advantageous.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
