Sales Lead Call Center

SUMMARY:
Answering questions from the sales staff. Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary. Completing sales reports and other administrative work. Addressing customer service issues that need to be escalated.

Experience selling software products.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities
- Lead generations and prospecting activities to maintain required pipeline prospect accounts
- Qualify, research, track and develop leads into viable opportunities
- Effectively articulate the Call Centre value proposition to multiple organizational levels
- Develop strong business cases, proposals and presentations for sales opportunities
- Negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry, trends, technology, competitive offerings, and customer requirements, and provide informed feedback to the company
- Participation in professional organisations (sales, marketing, industry associations

Required and preferred experience:
- At least 3 years of consultative sales experience selling call center services to prospective customers
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- A strong hunter mentality -- the ability to prospect and sell into new account opportunities
- Driven to succeed and excel, with a passion and enthusiasm for the business
- Excels in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with constant change
- Technical awareness -- can confidently converse with C-level contacts
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Proven record of exceeding quota in previous positions
- Demonstrated ability to win competitive account sales
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualification/Licenses/Registrations:
- Matric, excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, time management, and a team player attitude.
- Possible relative degree/diploma/training certification in Sales and Marketing or Communication
