Our client, in the Solar and Electrical Distribution Industry is seeking a Sales Manager who will lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets in the solar and electrical distribution sector. This position involves developing strategic sales plans, fostering lasting customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring proven sales management experience, in-depth knowledge of solar and electrical products, and a results-driven approach to leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Drive the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting performance goals and conducting regular evaluations.

• Market Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand market share.

• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and generate reports to track team performance and market trends.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

• Product Expertise: Stay updated on solar and electrical products, industry advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
