• Training, mentoring and motivating staff
• Manage the sales administration process
• Dealing with member queries
• Presenting our services and offerings
• Member retention
• Deliver superior member service
• Doing outreach events and promotions
• Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Attending and completion of all Sales Management training modules as communicated.

Experience & Competencies:

• Proven track record of consistent sales achievements

• Previous management skills and ability to interact at all levels

• Display high level of integrity and honesty

• Recruitment of sales staff experience

• Must be flexible and adaptable

• Sound work ethic to lead by example in accordance with the Planet / Just Gym way.   

• Own Vehicle with valid SA driver’s license
