JOB DESCRIPTION:

Branch Sales Manager (POS385)

Roodepoort

R 30 000 to R 40 000 per month

Position Overview:

Responsible for the sales number for 2 branches combined

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 5+ years experience as Sales Manager or Branch Sales Manager
  • Fully bilingual.
  • Must have B2B experience
  • Go getter and motivated
  • Experience in either electronic security, IT or other technical industries
  • Taking ownership of the sales people x 4 – Leave, KPIs, training, recruiting, motivating etc.
  • Own the relationship with Top 30 clients.
  • Driving the value add to pipeline to ensure pipeline value, volume and velocity increase.
  • Reporting to National Sales Manager & MD
