SUMMARY:
We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for cold calling potential customers to book appointments and meet with clients to sell our financial products and services.

POSITION INFO:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Introduce and explain our financial products and services.
Set up and confirm appointments for face-to-face or virtual meetings.
Meet with prospective clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, appointments, and sales.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – essential.
Minimum 3 years working experience
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
