Sales Rep: Plant Tanker Hire

Well-established and successful Plant hire company seeks an energetic Sales Executive to be responsible for Sales for their Tanker Hire business. Based in Edenvale.

For the position you would be required to have:

• Minimum Grade 12/ Matric and minimum of 4 years relevant sales experience
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Tertiary business qualification would be a definite advantage
• Must have extensive Sales experience in the Mining or Construction Industry (Water and Diesel Tanker & Generators)
• Outstanding Sales, closing and negotiation skills

• Customer service orientated
• Meeting sales goals
• Territory management
• Prospecting and presentation skills
• Self-confidence with sound product knowledge within the Plant Hire Industry
• Client relationships
• Motivation for sales

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Service existing accounts
• Business development and calling on new potential clients, building onto the existing client base
• Monitor the competition.
• Sales of company services/ products mainly into the mining and construction industries
• Keep management informed by submitting activity reports: Call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Client visits and presentations

On offer is a package of around R25k CTC per month + commission.
