BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION​

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead generation activities.​
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.​
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the  bridging finance products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.​
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.​
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.​
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies.​

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate/property finance industry.​
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.​
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.​
• Must have a valid driver's license, own car, laptop, and mobile phone for appointments and travel.​
• Excellent communication, presentation, and professionalism are essential.​​
