POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Generate New Sales Opportunities: Follow up on inbound leads and conduct outbound cold calls/emails to identify new prospects.
• Understand Customer Needs: Take the time to really get to know your clients' requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Route Qualified Opportunities: Pass on qualified leads to sales executives for further development and closing.
• Close Sales & Meet Quotas: Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.
• Account Research & Interest Generation: Research accounts, identify key players, and spark interest in our services.
• Maintain & Expand Database: Keep a detailed record of prospects and continually expand your contact list.
• Invoicing & Payment Follow-ups: Handle client invoicing and ensure timely payment collection in line with company processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in Construction Industry: A solid background in the construction field is essential.
• Roofing Industry Experience: Advantageous but not mandatory.
• Matric with Mathematics is required for analytical tasks. If you have Maths Literacy, you must also have experience in both the construction industry and a technical background.
• Mitek / Palmir Knowledge: Experience with these systems is an advantage.
