R15 000 - R20 000 (+ Incentive Structure)

Our client is a dynamic organisation in the salt industry, and requires a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• A valid driver’s license is essential
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous experience in sales will be beneficial

• Visit retail outlets as well as independent stores to ensure that stock is properly packed, inventory counts are correct and product information (PI) labels are displayed on shelves
• Address and resolve any concerns within the stores, offering hands-on assistance, including packing shelves when necessary
• Meet and exceed set sales targets consistently
• Assist with the implementation and management of automated ordering systems
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring high product visibility and achievement of sales targets in alignment with the budget
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within both retail and independent channels
• Be willing to travel on country trips as required, spending time away from home
• Ensure that all related sales administration tasks are completed and kept up to date
