Sales Representative/ Administrator 

POSITION INFO:
Administration:

• Assist with answering phones, responding to emails and general client relationship management
• Maintain database – update and generate call cycle monthly
• Assist with ordering of stock and suppliers
• Receiving of stock and supplies
• Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
• Complete tender docs for submission
• Do Stock Take once a month
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

• Calling on clients – promoting, marketing, selling and upselling full range of products
• Manage clients back-orders
• Develop and grow existing client base through cold calling
• Assist with delivery of stock to clients
• Develop a regular call cycle to ensure consistency sales calls
• Travelling and covering Garden Route Towns on a monthly basis. Viz George, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, Plettenburg Bay, Beaufort West
• Open 30 day accounts with Vat registered Businesses
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

• Matric
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Fully computer literate
• MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
• 2-3 years in a sales environment
