Our client in Gauteng is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join their team in the food services industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience within the food service or hospitality sector and established relationships with suppliers in the Gauteng hospitality trade. A background in hospitality or chef training is advantageous, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite. The role requires a reliable and presentable mode of transport, along with a laptop and cell phone. REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education requirement: Matric
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the food service/hospitality industry (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Established relationships with suppliers in the Gauteng hospitality trade
Hospitality or Chef training is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Own reliable and presentable transport
Must have a laptop and cell phone
Contactable references required
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

DUTIES:

Call on food service and hospitality customers on a daily basis according to a set route list
Negotiate and implement orders as required by customers
Cold calling to build the established customer base
Completion of daily feedback
Build and maintain relationships with current customers
Achieve predetermined targets and grow sales in designated market
Anything required to promote company and its products and ambitions

HOURS:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 16:30
