Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the transport, logistics, and fleet industries.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of fleet management solutions.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation for clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts to support business objectives.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet management, telematics, vehicle tracking, or automotive solutions.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and vehicle telematics is advantageous.
Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Driver’s License: Valid license with willingness to travel for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network in transport/logistics, fleet management, or automotive sectors.
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
