Dynamic and pro-active sales representative wanted in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

My client is a leading provider of modern security solutions, offering services such as alarms, CCTV, access control, and back-to-base monitoring. With a strong presence in the Western Cape, the company is committed to delivering top-quality security systems to diverse clients across various industries. Known for its innovative products and customer-centric approach, the company is focused on providing tailored security solutions and exceptional service to meet evolving market needs.

Generate new security sales through tenders, personal research, and customer networks.
Convert incoming leads into sales opportunities.
Understand and promote a range of security products, including alarms, CCTV, and access control.
Engage with customers to identify and meet their security needs.
Prepare and present sales quotes and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet individual and team targets.
Maintain detailed sales records using CRM software.
Provide post-sales support and collaborate with service teams for seamless project delivery.
Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the security industry.
Strong knowledge of security systems like alarms, CCTV, and access control.
Proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship building.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex security solutions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with security industry regulations and trends.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for customer service and building long-term relationships.
