Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Good customer care skills
• Must be computer literate

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the timber and wood products market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including contractors, wholesalers, furniture manufacturers, and construction companies.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive products.
• Provide expert advice to customers on timber products, grades, sizes, and applications.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with customers.
• Prepare and submit quotations, sales proposals, and orders.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Stay informed about different types of timber, their uses, and industry regulations.
• Educate customers on proper timber usage, storage, and care.
• Keep up to date with eco-friendly and sustainable timber options.
• Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote timber products.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and reports.
• Provide sales forecasts and market analysis to management.
