Sales Supervisors(POS) - JHB,DBN,CPT

Key responsibilities:
Meet all own sales quotas and goals
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Prospect for potential new business ie, cold calls; door-to-door sales
Fluency in demonstrating the devices and related software
Process daily workflow; calls; support; orders; quotes on the CRM platform
Process orders/quotes via email, phone or face to face
Collection and delivery of devices to merchants
Ensure merchants are properly onboarded
Assist merchants with training, follow up to ensure traction and usage of POS devices
Train merchants to use the device to take payments and sell VAS
Organize, coordinate sales consultants schedules and analyze workflow reports on the CRM platform
Track consultants sales performance and assist team in meeting goals and target
Control stock availability, delivery and replacement process

Requirements:
Grade 12/higher education qualification
Two years experience in Sales, mentorship, customer support
Proven sale track record
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
Knowledge and understanding of Point-of-sale services in the current market
Computer literacy - Microsoft office - mainly Excel, android and web skills
Record call information, update customer profiles and monitor tracking merchandise
