Sales Support to Sales Manager.  R25 000 CTC.  East Rand

About the Role: In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Sales Manager, contributing directly to the sales success through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and operational support. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape sales strategy from behind the scenes, focusing on analyzing performance, preparing reports, and ensuring the team’s targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting sales analysis to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
• Assisting the Sales Manager with reporting, forecasting, and sales planning, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Preparing presentations, sales dashboards, and reports that capture performance metrics and key business insights.
• Support daily sales operations, handling documentation, communication, and logistical tasks to help the team stay organized and effective.

Requirements:

• A background in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and customer insights.
• Solid analytical skills and experience with sales analysis, reporting tools, and data management.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning.
