Job description:

Encouraging applications and providing support for query resolution for consultants
Coaching and mentoring sales consultants
Assisting consultants with deal structuring
Contributing marketing ideas and liaising with relevant stakeholders
Maintaining a positive attitude among sales consultants
Communicating with the regional manager regarding all sales team and regional matters
Updating the regional manager on daily activities
Delivering presentations
Handling clients of other consultants when necessary
Monitoring lead generation efforts
Ensuring effective marketing of the region by the sales team
