Key Responsibilities1. Sales Administration

• Assist the sales team in processing orders, quotes, and invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

2. Customer Support

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters as needed.

3. General Administration

• Maintain and update sales-related records, databases, and filing systems.
• Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry, as required.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Matric qualification is essential.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Clerk or Sales Administration role.
• Skills:
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
