SUMMARY:
Exciting positions are available nationally. We are recruiting for energetic, positive and organized Sales and Key Account Management Consultant in our Medical specialist business. This is a specialized, professional role and requires a commercially astute professional who can "think out of the box”. The position is based in the KZN Region.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


• Candidates must have appropriate sales experience and a successful sales track record of achieving targets.


• Take ownership of larger and more strategic clients by passionately advocating the client requirement, whilst keeping sight of the need to increase revenue and improve margins.


• Minimise churn and maximise retention; uncover sales opportunities in assigned accounts for all our service offerings.


• Responsible for driving client satisfaction


• Approaches the management of his/her account in a systematic way by identifying the
strategy they will use to develop and grow the account profitably.


• Build enduring relationships and display an understanding of the Healthcare industry,
business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities.


• Have intimate knowledge of Xpedient brand, products it values and positioning in the
marketplace and effectively articulate how we can add value through our services and
solutions.


• Develop open and effective channels of communication with clients within assigned account.


• Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to additional services.


• Become the point of contact for clients to establish a strong business relationship.


• Attending pre-determined CPD events, conferences, and events in line with the sales and key account management strategy.


• Source new hospital CPD events which we can sponsor to market Xpedient products and services.


• Facilitating and presenting review meetings with healthcare practices.


• Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma – preferably, Medical, Sales and Marketing tertiary qualification


• Previous proven successful sales and key accounts management experience in the
Healthcare industry (minimum of 5 years).


• Be prepared to travel.


• Good experience analysing commercial and financial information.


• Strong presentation and negotiation skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships.


• The ability to self-organise.


• The ability to create and recognize opportunities.

• Innovative thinker and problem solver.


• Intermediate/ Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.


• Strong attention to detail, planning, and accuracy.


• Competent in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.


Additional Requirements:


• Valid driver’s license.


• Own insured roadworthy vehicle (preferably not older than 7 years).


• Must have his/her own cell phone and iPad.


• Stable fibre internet at home
