Sales:

• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with potential leads
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies

• Create and manage marketing campaigns and promotions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage social media accounts and online presence
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
• Organize and coordinate promotional events and product launches

• Handle administrative duties such as answering phones, emails, and managing schedules
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Assist with office organization and coordination
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Skills

• South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the programme before.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with sales reporting and data analysis.
