The President launched the initiative in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labor department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

About the role

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow client base. Identify potential beauty and cosmetics industry clients and generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their sustainability goals and challenges. Present platform, including the ESG assessment tool, reporting framework, and benchmarking tools, to prospective clients. Provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet clients’ sustainability needs.
• Product Demonstration and Training: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company platform. Provide training and support to clients on how to use the platform effectively. Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and workshops on sustainable beauty practices and ESG reporting.
• Reporting and Feedback: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team. Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product development team to improve the platform based on user input.
• Market and Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the platform. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and ESG reporting. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, case studies, and success stories.

• Matric. 
• Diploma in Marketing.
• Any Sales and Marketing-related experience.
• South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
• Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
