Sales and Merchandising Manager

Requirements:

1. More than 3 years experience in a similar role
2. Grade 12
3. Own transport and valid drivers licence
4. FMCG experience

Duties will involve:

• Manage sales team - set targets and monitor performance, manage performance, do performance apprisales, develop and train staff
• Manage areas to max revenue
• Ensure sufficient stock levels
• Stay up to date with markets trends
• Deal with complaints received
• Ensure space allocated in stores are always stocked
• Provide feedback to head office
