SUMMARY:
 Providing administrative support to Salesforce Automation Tool used by the organization

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SalesForce.Com Administrator

 

Area: Boksburg

 

Package: Salary package: up to R32k p/m Benefits: Provident fund = company contributes 11% of basic salary, Medical aid – company contributes 65% of classis priority, Other benefits – 13th cheque guaranteed & performance bonus – performance based, 20 days’ annual leave at start.

 

Duties:  

ü  Providing administrative support to Salesforce Automation Tool used by the organization

ü  Prepare laptops and installing SFA tool on laptops of new joiners to company

ü  Download user database on laptops of new joiners

ü  Change the territories of different  Sales Reps based on business needs from time to time

ü  SFA issue resolution: if possible to resolve at local level, do it otherwise escalate to Central support team

ü  IT related issues for Salesforce: Sales Reps will raise their own ticket with the administrator in copy, but administrator needs to be know the status and track that status in a separate file and send to SFEM weekly

ü  Re-activate or edit any activities in the SFA tool that that users have closed and cannot modify any more

ü  Generate reports on activities not closed and send to SFEM / NSM / RSM

ü  Ongoing coaching to AM, RSMs on how to use SFA tool

ü  Prepare flash report on usage of SFA tool and send to SFEM

ü  In case of AM Swap / AM Replacement / pin code duplication / vacant ground, prepare and maintain ADD & DROP files

ü  Find out duplicate accounts and send to Central Team in Europe for trashing from system

ü  Make report extracts for external agency that finalizes reports and sends them to different RSMs

ü  Extract reports from software and send them to different stakeholders

ü  Maintain the Salesforce organization Excel file on a monthly basis and send to different stakeholders

ü  Make phone calls to zero visit AMs and ask them “why did you not make any calls during the month?” and then tell their answer to SFEM, RSM and NSM

ü  Co-ordinate with different stakeholders for SFA version upgradation

 

  • Required Deliverables:
  • Number of reports generated, number of sales rep calls attended, reports provided on time, organigram maintained

 

  • Required skills:

-          3-5 years SalesForce.com experience

-          English speaking

-          Communication skills

-          Computer literate

-          Analytical skills

-          Analysis capability, operational marketing manager kind of role ideal as prospective candidates. Marketing or sales responsibilities.

-          Strong Analysis capability,

-          Excel advanced

-          Potential to grow within the business

-          Able to work under immense pressure environments

-          Deadline driven

-          Understands the digital space (business is moving in that direction)

-          Strong character – willing to stand their ground

-          Ability to make things work and manage change where necessary
