POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service engagements through incoming calls and respond to email queries.
• Manage reservations, special requests, and customer complaints via the website.
• Respond to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, delivering appropriate and accepted resolutions.
• Proactively escalate any queries to the appropriate channels, ensuring timely handling and resolution.
• Demonstrate urgency in transactions by following standard operating procedures.

• Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient verbal and written skills.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be unemployed.
