Candidate Requirements:
 

• Matric/ Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Min of 1 years experience in a similar Hostess role
• A good understanding of Restaurant Etiquette
• Experience in managing restaurant Reservations
• Be a team player
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Be an organized individual with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Availability to work within hospitality hours (e.g. evenings, public holidays, weekends)
• Be fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
• Able to handle a high-pressure environment
• Must be well-presented and enthusiastic personality
