We are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Coordinator, to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the room attendants, control daily cleaning and guest amenity stock, conduct daily room inspections and ensure the safe usage chemical cleaning aids. Ensure the maintenance, health & safety of the Housekeeping Department and coordinate activities of the housekeeping team daily. Assist with stock control. As a Housekeeping Coordinator, you will work in the Housekeeping department. You will strive to give our Guests a WOW experience by exceeding their expectations through warm, friendly and personalized service, consistency of product and care for their wellbeing throughout their stay.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or/and similar positions Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Excellent attendance and performance track record. Hardworking. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Computer Literate, including MS Office and Opera (advantageous). Must have a can-do attitude and follow through on actions in a timely way with minimum supervision. Demonstrate tenacity and the ability to perform in fast moving environment
