SUMMARY:
National and fast developing company within the food Retail Sector, seeks an energetic, highly efficient Secretary / PA within the Financial Operations Department

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification and Experience

Candidate is required to have 5 – 10 years  experience as a Secretary for an Executive Level of Management

High level of reliance required with the ability to perform coping under stress and pressure

Person required  to have high energy levels

Strong minded articulation, with ability to execute tasks extremely efficiently

Administration qualification would be advantageous

Above average Communication skills – Excellent written and verbal skills

Computer literacy skills – Strong Excel, Word, Outlook

Own reliable transport

Above average writing skills with a methodical systematic approach

Person ideally suited to the food wholesale and Retail Industry

·         Self driven and attentive to detail

·         High level of Resilience and highly organised

·         Professional and friendly at all times with a approachable personality with willingness to assist others

·         Large passion for helping others and building strong relationships

·         Ability to multitask proactively

·         Strong Time management and deadline approach

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Managing operational teams daily, weekly and monthly diaries

·         Executing Personal Assistant duties for Directors

·         Ensuring operational team deadlines are met

·         Executing processes on logistics management

·         Ensuring reminders and Communications are set and followed

·         Manage National travel bookings, accommodation and travel of operations team

·         Invoices and quotations

·         Ensure Payment approvals and expense claims

·         Ensuring communication, compliances and deliverables are met

·         General assistance, administration and support to various departments

·         Purchasing and management of office supplies

·         Assisting with VAT Claims

·         Relieving various departmental Secretaries and Office Management when required

 

Salary – (R 18 000.00 to R 25 0000.00) - Depending on experience
